Server help!

Okay so I got my new laptop today and then I got on here and I downloaded the cache for the webclient then when it goes to 80% then it stays there and it doesn't want to load then I downloaded the client then it doesn't want to load either it stops at 69% for the client please help I've took the cache and redownloaded it but nothing please help I love this server and I want to start playing again please help!

Download a newer version of Java or even re-download the client, Also turning off your fire wall helps, Best of luck.
