Unfortunately proof isn't going to fix anything, according to the policy the maximum I can get from this loss is 321gp (3gp ea charm).

And what's even more stupid than my refund, is I lost all of that stuff and 5 hours of my life by clicking 'add friend' then typing 'Paul' rather than 'Paula'.

You may want to put a warning somewhere that something as simple as mistyping someone's name can cause an issue like this, and just like me, prople won't know this and you will be getting more players complaining about their unfair loss.
